Terms & Conditions

Scope and Priority of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, consultations, treatments, procedures, sessions, promotional offers and packages provided by CMC. Specific written terms stated for a particular service, offer or package shall apply to that item and, in case of inconsistency, shall prevail over these general terms to the extent of the inconsistency, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

Payment and Included Services

Full payment for offers and packages is required in advance unless otherwise expressly approved by CMC. The price covers only the services, sessions, items and benefits expressly stated in the applicable offer, quotation, invoice or receipt. Any additional service or item shall be charged separately unless expressly included.

Validity of Offers and Packages

Unless a different validity period is expressly stated, offers and packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. All sessions and services must be used within the applicable validity period.

Expiry of Unused Sessions and Benefits

Any unused session, service, credit or benefit shall automatically expire at the end of the applicable validity period and shall not be carried forward, converted into cash or automatically extended. Expiry does not create any entitlement to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds and Partial Use

Amounts relating to services already provided, consumed or used are non-refundable. Payments for offers or packages are non-refundable once the relevant service or package has commenced, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Where an offer or package covers a specified group or number of sessions or services, it is treated as one promotional package. If the patient chooses to discontinue or cancel before completing the package, no cash refund shall be due, to the extent permitted by law. Subject to CMC’s prior approval, the remaining unused value may instead be applied toward other eligible services within the original validity period. Where continuation with the same treating healthcare professional is not possible, CMC may arrange continuation with another appropriately qualified healthcare professional, subject to medical suitability, availability and applicable law.

Personal Use and Non-Transferability

Services, offers, packages, sessions, credits and benefits are personal to the patient and may not be sold, assigned, transferred to another person, or applied toward another treatment or service without CMC’s prior approval. No patient has a right to substitute another person or convert unused value into cash.

Promotions, Discounts and Complimentary Benefits

Offers, packages and promotional discounts may not be combined with any other offer, discount or benefit unless expressly stated or approved by CMC. Any complimentary or free session, service or benefit has no separate cash value and is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show

Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice unless a different notice period is expressly stated. In case of no-show, late cancellation or rescheduling without the required notice, CMC may treat the relevant session as fully used and deduct it from the package, or apply the applicable cancellation/no-show charge. No refund, credit or replacement session shall be due in respect of a session treated as used, to the extent permitted by law.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in shortening, rescheduling or cancellation of the session where necessary to avoid disruption to other appointments. Any resulting rescheduling remains subject to availability and the original package validity period.

Rescheduling Does Not Extend Validity

Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling requested by the patient does not suspend or extend the validity period of any offer or package. The patient remains responsible for completing the remaining sessions within the applicable validity period.

Extension

Any extension of an offer or package is exceptional and subject to CMC’s prior written or recorded approval. CMC may consider an extension in medically justified or exceptional circumstances supported by appropriate documentation. No extension shall be deemed granted unless expressly confirmed by CMC.

Medical Assessment and Suitability

Purchase or payment does not confirm that the patient is medically suitable to receive the relevant treatment. All treatments and procedures remain subject to clinical assessment, medical suitability and the professional judgment of the treating healthcare professional. CMC may modify, postpone, refuse or discontinue a treatment where medically or clinically appropriate or required for patient safety.

Treatment Results and No Guarantee

Medical, therapeutic, dental and aesthetic results may vary from one patient to another depending on individual condition, biological response, lifestyle and compliance with medical instructions. CMC does not guarantee any specific medical, therapeutic, dental or aesthetic result. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Patient Information and Compliance

The patient is responsible for providing complete and accurate information concerning medical history, current conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, previous treatments or procedures and any other information relevant to the proposed service, and for following all reasonable medical, preparation, aftercare and follow-up instructions.

Availability and Operational Changes

Appointments and services are subject to the availability of the relevant healthcare professional, equipment, products and required materials. CMC may reasonably reschedule an appointment, replace a practitioner or propose an appropriate alternative product/material where necessary and clinically appropriate, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and patient consent where required.

Insurance and Third-Party Approvals

Any insurance approval, pre-authorization, estimate or eligibility confirmation is subject to the terms and final determination of the relevant insurer or payer and does not constitute a guarantee of coverage or payment by CMC. The patient remains responsible for any amount lawfully payable by the patient and not covered by the insurer or other payer.

Informed Consent and Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions regulate the administrative and commercial aspects of the service and do not replace any separate informed consent required for a particular treatment or procedure. All services, offers and packages remain subject to the applicable laws and healthcare regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the competent healthcare authority. Nothing herein excludes or restricts any mandatory patient or consumer right, or any liability, that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Patient Acknowledgment

By signing the relevant document, paying for or commencing any service, offer or package after these Terms & Conditions have been made available, the patient acknowledges having had the opportunity to read and understand them and to raise questions regarding the service, price, validity, cancellation, no-show and refund conditions. This acknowledgment does not waive any mandatory legal right and does not replace any informed medical consent required for the relevant treatment or procedure.
