His prior experience includes roles at leading medical centers such as Altaie Center for Laparoscopic Surgery, Royal Hospital DHCC, and Emirates Confidenty Medical Center.

Dr. Alasaad is also passionate about academic advancement. He previously served as a lecturer at Tishreen University, teaching human anatomy, and pursued advanced microsurgery training through a visitor scholarship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. He authored a thesis on innovative wound care techniques, reflecting his forward-thinking approach to reconstructive medicine.
